I posted about this in PTSD Forum but it cover's most so though't i would post here 2 good links about Mindfulness, bit different than CBT, i find it less pressure, its not so much about goal setting and keeping them , but being aware.:yesyes::yesyes:

Hi & thanks for posting these links. Intend to look into with interest (as when just new to forum a day or two back & hadn't worked out how to navigate topics of interest I posted a new thread on topic asking for experiences on this very thing).
It's not the type of thing that would normally appeal to me as I've principally gone down the exercise route + meds but need to try something else on the basis of 'if I do what I've always done, I'll get what I've always got'
