Hello
Recently my doctor advised me to stop taking Citalopram in order to move to Fluoxetine.
Anyway, I haven't taken Citalopram in about a week, I have went completely cold turkey. This was clearly a bad idea. Yesterday was a pretty bad day. I had bad bouts of depression and i got the shakes, real bad. I literally was shaking all over, which has never happened to me before.
Is this all just a kick on effect of going cold turkey? Should I contact a doc?
I took 10mg of Citalopram today, after a week without it, and now I feel a lot better.
I am unsure what to do. Is this 'normal'?
Anyone got any ideas?
