hi mate im new here to just been having a good read about anxiety. Ive had it for 5 years now the last few years hasnt been to bad after finding out what was actually wrong with me u can fight it. The problem is now i have gone back to college as a mature student and the symtons are on there way back, so basically i thought id find a forum where people understand how you feel. :)
