just to let you all know, and just incase anyone is interested...

ive started an internet blog of my panic and anxiety on youtube

Hi Billy

Watched your blog you did great in the second store:yesyes: . I wouldnt be too disheartened about leaving the first store, you obviously knew you where concentrating too hard on your thoughts and recognised that fact so thats progress too, so you just have to find a distraction tecnique to stop those thoughts. I find making a shopping list before i venture in the store helps loads, i have something to concentrate on then:) .

Sounds like you are making some good progress
