Hi Everyone,
Just don't know what to do.... I have been on citalopram for 18 months, got up to 40mg and then decided to wean myself off them as i was feeling loads better due to counselling (i thought anyway) but now i am getting my HA back again and i'm sooooo peed off about it :mad: I have got down to 10mg now.
I have had a few water infections and been treated for them but i still haven't lost the need to go so frequently and it still hurts sometimes. Went to docs last week and he tested it and said it was clear again but that i need to re-train my bladder???
Anyone have any words of wisdom for me? Should i go back on tabs? or should i go back to the docs? Or do i wait until i get my next HA focus and wait for it to disappear? I am so annoyed i am getting back to a place i fought so hard to get out of.....
