does anyone else just out of the blue get a quick wave of lightheadedness/dizziness. it almost leaves you feeling motion sick for a few minutes after it passes??

hi my names melvin just reading your thread and yes i am geting this dizzy spell for a few seconds then it goes then my anxiety kicks in because i wonder whats going off because at the time i dont feel anxous i was told i had diabetes a yr ago changed my diet went back 2months ago and he said my readings were like a none diabetic

Yeah, I get that sometimes. But then I have sinus problems too so it could be that :shrug:
