am full of panic again ggggggggrrrrrrrrr

hi everyone
i am in such a mess today full of panic am getting all the old symptoms flooding back the heaad pressure and blocked sinus and pain in my eye feeling like it is sticking halfg out of my head, and i have had 4 panic attacks today the numbness and tingles in face and the fast breathing i am so scared i cant take my mind off it.

you know i had it under control and i cant even remember how it all stopped before i cant do this anymore i really cant what if i am dying and know body knows it sob sob sob x

Hi sweetie

When my panic is at its height, i get all those symptoms....inc the eye pressure.

I find using olbas oil really helps, both in hot water and neat from the bottle with inhalation.
Take a couple of nurofen sweetie, it all sounds like sinus related problems.
