Anyway not having the best of days today i'm am on citalopram 20mg per day and the side effects are wearing me down but hey ho have to get on with it and hope that very soon there will be light at the end of the tunnel.

I hope to chat to some of you soon and i know you'll make me feel welcome here as we are all in the same type of boat.
