Im so glad im not alone with anxiety I have had a panic disorder for 13 years

I get chest pains
think I feel faint,
feel sick
go hot and cold
feel panickey
can feel my pulse beating
my chest feels tight
cannot breathe
get worried at slight things
get paltpations
pins and needles

I am taking mitrazipine (Zispin) 45mg at the moment I was on 30mg doc put it up to 45mg then I got bad headaches he put back down to 30mg but this wasnt working he said I either need to go back up to 45mg or I need to take beta blockers which I am very nervous about as these slow your heart down.

I want to get rid of the anxiety for good as this is effecting my life.

Has anyone else had any similar experiences.
