ive been to the doctors for chest pains and pins and needles!!!

i am getting chest pains on the left hand side and getting pins and needles in my left arm and foot.

i have been to the doctors to see my gp today.

i was told by paramedics that nothing was wrong.

my doctor has decided it's anxiety,he has put me onto a group for anxious people on a monday,also he has prescribed me with lofepramine 70mg tablets.

i said i would let you know.

well i felt very tired last night so one good thing is they help insomnea:D

but to be honest i have felt my chest moving in and out pretty hard today.
few pains.

another good thing is that the pins and needles have worn off :)(still there a bit)!

just have to see if i get any better.

i do have reasons to be in this state,but personally i havent felt any stress or anything coming on over time,it just hit me one day.
