I know I am in a highly anxious state at the moment due to a few recent events and I am going to see my therapist on Monday. I have been back at work full time for a week now after working part time for the past 3 weeks. This has put a lot of strain on me and I think I am just going to remember this week as 'one of those bad weeks', or at least I hope thats all it will be.
At the moment I feel as though my braining is shaking or vibrating, its a feeling I have had before when I have drunk too much caffiene or red bull. I don't feel that with it and I am trying to write a report for work. I think it is the feeling that makes people worry they have a brain tumour.
Has anyone else experienced this?
