iv suffered from agoraphobia anxiety 4 few years av 2 kids and married:D[}:)]I love to read, write poems and chatting...
I find it hard sometimes in convincing myself that thuis is just an anxiety disorder and that I am not dying.

Hi Steno, yes welcome to the site. I know what Flo means since ive joined this site it is great to meet "NORMAL" people who suffer as I do because i really felt low about myself.I know now Im not alone and can come here to post morning noon and night and people will always reply to the posts.
there is a chat room too, where we have a laugh and talk about allsorts, of course we talk to each other when we are down or have problems too,

Yes I did , but I am fairly new to the area (where I live ) and I find rather difficult to socialise....Self protection I guess lol. Been betrayed and disappointed by "friends" many times in the past.
