Good night out

I just wanted to post that I've had a great night out with my friends, for the first time in a long time. I felt relaxed, I didn't fret about my health or my screwed-up life all night, I didn't take my pulse, I even danced! I had a great, anxiety-free night. Such a relief. I feel more myself than I have done in ages. Thank goodness. It can happen:)!
