having a bad day/night :(

havent been feeling well all day
had this stange cold fluttery feeling in my stomch... feels like im hungry even when im not..
i was feeling better then i got really bad heartburn.
now i just had a sharp shooting twinge on the side of my head and thats put the cherry on the cake and now i probably wont be able to sleep tonight! :(

I know how you feel as I feel a bit strange and have done the last few days. I always worry about my heart lately as well so that is not good, I obsess too much I think but I cannot control it

I worry mainly a nights, where I sum up all my "little" worries from the day and make them look huge to me. Nights are scary anyway and then with all those "issues" it makes you feel horrid and panicky.
