BACH FLOWER REMEDIES

Hi everyone,
The main time I suffer with anxiety is when I'm premenstrual, I have taken all the usual (evening primrose, starflower oil, B vitamins etc) all to no avail. I am interested in trying the Bach Flower remedies in particular the Rescue Remedy. The problem is, I suffer from hay fever and a few other allergies and am concerned that I may react to them. I would be grateful for any info or help on this subject.
