hi everyone hope you are all well an not to shakey i have been put back on citalipram after weaning myself off 3 months ago then thursday 15th oct i had a realy bad night off panicattack :weep: then back to doc friday where my blood presure 180 over 90 so back on tablets i had a break down 10 years ago 1 year after my dad died and it will be 11 years on 22nd of this month
