a quick intro

Hi I have just joined no more panic after a friend recommened it to me,

I am a married female who has battled for many years with mental health issues including, bipolar, agrophobia, MPD, anxiety and SH,

I love to listen and I think this group could help me feel less isolated, knowing there are other people like myself who chose to live with - rather than suffer from - panic and anxiety

you found really good place to explode your feelings. its amazing that u have pointed out your problems by yourself. Your brain is functioning well. there is one solution for ur all problems and that is spirtuality.
what is the force that orders the neurotransmitters of ur brain to loose balance and behave abnormally? just think?
