i dont know about you but ive found a lack of groups / resources in our area, im not doing to badly at the moment although last week i had a few wobbles as i was stressed! and thats when i get my old health anxiety kicking me in the teeth. hope your okay and if you would like to join us for a drink/meal your more than welcome
