Hi everyone i just found this website while looking for help about my depression and anxiety (i just wrote a post in the OCD section)
about a year ago after many years of depression and anxiety (since i was very young - about 14 maybe younger) which I kept hidden I eventually went to my doctor and got put on anti depressants (fluoxetine) it changed my life and I've never felt so good until recently (if you read the post) because i came off my anti depressants early thinking I knew better.
I feel like i can make myself better but have to think positive which is so so hard but i try i'm trying to sort myself out today and have allready rang the GP which was hard to do.
