Great to find a site that actually understands about Panic Attacks.
Been having them for the best part of a year and been going back and forth to the doctors thinking something is seriously wrong, only to be told there just panic attacks!
Been getting them recently whilst driving distances of up to 100miles. The relaxation techniques which I have been taught did not really work very well when doing 70mph round the M25 or up the M40/M1.
Welcome to hear from anyone else (especially in the East Midlands) as to how you have overcome this.
Going to see my GP again on Thursday as he wants to put me on Beta Blockers?
