Hello everyone,

I wrote recently to introduce myself to the site, but was in such a whirl I got my e-mail address wrong, and have completely made a hash of posting the messages. Apologies if I have done it wrong! I will eventually get the hang of it I am sure.

Anyway just wanted to say my e-mail is all sorted and I am very encouraged by everyone's messages. I have been having a very bad day with anxiety and the thoughts you have all posted do pick me up and I am so glad I have found the site !!!

Hi Nicola

I changed the e-mail address when I logged on in the week, but
the pesky thing changed back to a mixture of my work and home
e-mails - not helpful but I obviously wasn't paying attention when
I entered it!

I have just updated it again so hope it will now behave.
