Thanks Carol,
I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and am alot better than i was 3 yrs ago although its ups and downs but its nice to read some of the messages on here and know other peoole are the same and i'm not dying or going mad!!
I will enjoy looking through and relating and hopefully helping people who are going through the worst of it now.
