do you get freaked out

im totally freaked out - my mum - who is the most "normal" and sceptical person ever says she saw a spirit the other night of a man in a checked shirt and glasses. she lives in manchester and me in glasgow and ive told her im not coming ot stay again - i know it sounds silly but anything like this really freaks me out whereas she looks on it as someone watching over her althoughshe didnt recognise him

im so scared is this silly - i feel terrified likeit will make me go mad

bab, I am totally the same.... so much so that I will not stay in my flat alone when my fiance goes away for work. Last time I tried it our old flat made a funny noise and I spent the night wide awake barracaded into my front room with a hammer!
I think its natural to be scared of things like spirits... I'm sure you wont go mad over it!
