hello i was just wondering if any one else gets this iv'e had pa anx for nearly 2years and iv'e experianced some scary feelings but just lately iv'e had a feeling like parts of my body feel numb and it feels like freezing cold in parts of my body does anyone no what would cause this i get frightened to move when this happens im sitting terrified at the moment so please if you can help be very gratful. love lin x

Yes I get this all the time just get up and move about. Do something to take your mind of it. Fear makes it worse. Sending hugs X

yeah hunni i get this all the time to baby the best thing would be to go for a nice hot bubble bath and just relax for a little while. and as bumbles said move around. love co-okie

hi bev yes i do get pins and needles in various parts of my body but im not as afraid of them as much now as i used to be love lin x
