I'm a 21 year old guy from Portsmouth UK and suffer depression and anxiety states - I find it really hard to get to sleep at night as i am also emetophobic with pretty bad Dyspepsia so it gets quite bad....
Does anyone else just lay awake all night and find it hard to sleep until the morning? It's really frustrating as when the sun comes up i start to feel tired!
Just someone who can relate to it would be nice, when you're awake all night you feel like the only person on earth! I have MSN if any fellow insomniacs similar to me want to share! Just grab it off my profile....
