New to the site. let me start out by saying Hi. my name is malinda i am from the united states and i suffer from bad panic attacks. suffering right now actually. been in bed last 2 days suffering from headaches and anxiety.dizzy when i get up.nobody around me gets it.they think i can just snap out of it and just quit worrying.which makes it even worse on me.hoping that i will find the help and support i need here. Make some friends in the process.
