Hi all,
Im new to this forum and I'm not really sure if im in the right place but I just wanted to see if anybody else has experienced what I am and knows what it is.
I can be doing anything from driving, sitting having a coffee or walking around when all of a sudden I get a type of flashback running through my mind. It seems as though it could be a flashback of dreams that I have had. During this my heart rate feels as though its going up and up and up and then it will come to a point and it feels like it gets released and goes back to normal. Then after this I find it very difficult to recall waht just happened such as what the flashback/image was. It only lasts for about 20-30 seconds however, it makes me feel very dazed and confused. Does anybody know what this could be?
