im tracey,im mum to 4 aged from 10 years to 18 mths at the moment im a stay at home mum,i am a civil servant but due to my "nutness" ive been at home for the past 5 years. ive been having panic attack for 5 years now along with anxious attacks,o.c.d serve depression which has lead to me becoming agoraphobic:wacko: :wacko: hope ive not bored you already..i do try to make light of my things coz if i think about it to much i end up feeling worse...i have good days and bad at the moment ive been having a few bad days another member,jammiebasket, told me about this site so i hope once i stop shaking ill be able to find my way around..hope to talk with you all soon
