Hi all,
Im Skibba, im 21 and have been suffering panic attacks since November. I think ive had an anxiety problem since 2002 but have managed to cover it up with excessive alcohol consumption. Im sober now (8 weeks and counting) and am begining to tackle the phobias that have developed since my illness began.
I'm very pleased to have discovered a forum full of such good information and views.
Thanks

Skibba

What happenned?
I started getting the panic attacks, which occured more frequently and severely the day after a drinking session. Stopping drinking had to be done to let the Citalopram take effect. Which it has. Been on Citalopram for seven months now. Things got worse before they started to improve.
