Hello to everyone:blush: . Just stumbled across this site and I had to join. Been reading some of the posts and a lot of what ive been feeling & thinking sounds very familiar.
Basically I’ve had depression and anxiety for nearly 6 years which has now evolved into health anxiety for about 18 months. (As if depression wasnt bad enough) No stranger to anti-depressants and beta blockers either.
I know this is the welcome section so I wont bore you with the full details just yet lol
