Still crazy after all these years...

I have chronic depression,anxiety and OCD.In my "sane" spells,I've been a psychiatric nurse and a social worker,and I miss being able to help people.I'm just coming out of a spell of serious illness,and feel able to communicate with people a bit more.When I'm well,I really enjoy my life,but I seem to spend half the year in a very dark place.
