Hi im new to this site and just looking for some advice. Been through a lot of emotional stress at the moment with one thing after another. constantly my mind would be racing going over everything however a strange feeling out of the blue came over me one night in bed when i was feeling very anxious and suddenly i felt a weird calming sensation. i then became obssessed with my thoughts and focusing on them now i feel trapped in thinking about my thoughts etc and withdrawn. has anyone experienced this and can it be overcome?
