Hi, I'm new :)

Hi everyone.:) I just joined today. I'm 24, female and from South East England. I've had depression and OCD since I was a teenager. It got really bad when I was 16 but I think it started when I was about 14, because there were things I would do ("little habits") before I went to school and went to bed evey night. I mean like routines. But then I didn't really know what OCD was. I mainly worry about illness, so i think I have hypochondria/health anxiety too but I also have other worries eg. touching wood and saying things so something bad doesn't happen.
This sems like a nice, helpful site. I've come across it before but didn't save it (bookmark it). I found it again now and thought I'd join.
