hello im new

:) Hi Everyone

Iv never written in a forum before so i hope i am doing this properly
I suffer from anxiety i dont think i have had a proper full blown panic attack but get intence feelings of anxiety hot flashes nervousness etc and then after that feel nervous anxious shakey for about a week afterwards anyone else have this? spmetimes i feel like a cant cope. i am currently on sertraline anti deps and have been for 3 years
