severe anxiety at the age of 19 :(

hi,
ive been to hospital AGAIN and good job...
ive been given diazepam and im being given beat blockers tomorow for my heart.

ive been told its severe anxiety.

im 19:weep: i aint got a life no more.

i feel like going to sleep and never waking up again.

but i have a son and a perfect girlfriend to live for,
i will try.:)

Keep the chin up mate :) if it helps I know what your going through - im 23 and the past 7 odd months have been crap to be honest because of this! But it is slowly getting better - you just need to start winning that battle inside your head - easier said than done I know.

You're lucky martin, I'm 15:doh:
It's hard to deal with anxiety when you're young, but we just have to keep going. Try not to get too upset and concentrate on the positives in your life.

Hey martin i'm just 26 and I have been on antidepressants since i was 18yrs.

I too didn't have a life, talk to your Dr about Antidepressants and some therapy.... it's the only way
