Hi, I'm new to the site but have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since my A-levels a year and a half ago. I am now at university and have been struggling over the last few months with anxiety - specifically health anxiety.
I find it hard to talk to people about my anxiety - worried they will think I'm just being silly, overreacting or attention seeking. That's why it is so nice to find a safe place to talk and share my experiences and worries with other like minded people.
I am greatly looking forward to becoming a member of your community and hope I can find someone with similar issues as myself.
