This is an old post, but I'd like to repond anyway. During my first week on Cipralex I lost (hold on!) 5 kg. Mostly water, of course, although I've tried to drink a lot (helps with the dry mouth). Since I'm just a newb to this drug and still in my loading phase, I wouldn't know how this affects body weight in the long run, but the nausea during the loading phase certainly is taking its toll on my luv handles :blush:
