Hi just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Was having a wee browse and already I see lots of info that mite help me get past this wee rollercoaster im on at the min.
I started having panic attacks very young at about 13 and had a long struggle through until i felt free of them at about 20. Im 25 now & unfortunatly over the last few months they seem to have come back full force, so im trying to catch it earlier and kick them away. Feelin absolutly terrible at min, but reading through past threads has helped me realise every wee feeling and symptom im having has been felt by someone else and im tryin hard to realise its just anxiety, lol JUST anxiety, huh..
