Help, Red Face!!

Hi,

Just getting used to all my anxiety symptoms and another one pops up. I have just noticed my entire face is red and feels warm and my one pupil is bigger than the other, this has happened before with my eye. Has anyone else had these symptoms???

red face is normal, your face goes red and warm when your embarressed which is totaly pyscological but it causes a physical reaction, anx can cause the same reaction but as your anx is ongoing the reaction can be ongoing.

how big is the difference between your pupils ?

when you look at them in the mirror is one eye (the one with smaller pupil) closer to or have more light shining towards it ? and is the other eye (bigger pupil) closer to the dark side of the room or in the shadows ?

if the answer is yes then thats why!!!! in bright light your pupils go small and in the dark they dilate, they can also react independantly from each other its totally normal.
