Hi All

My name is Richard I am 34 and from Leeds.

I have suffered on and off with panic attacks on and off for about 3yrs or so.
I have currently had my attacks escalate over the last month or so mainly due to more workload/pressure at work.

Just some background bout myself:-
I enjoy Walking/Walking my dog, motorcycling, fishing going off in our cheap and cheerfull motorhome.
