Headaches with anxiety?

I have had tension headaches before but I got a new phone which has wi-fi so I'm worried about using it as I read online wi-fi causes damage to your brain with radiation signals so I'm really worried.

I got a few headaches using it like a little buzz feeling a bit sick is this because of wi-fi or is it due to me worrying and getting these tension headaches?

The other day I felt sick over the thought of tonsillitis and I felt like I was going to pass out. Is it anxiety? :unsure:

i say it's anxiety, i often get a lot of headaches, most of them due to anxiety or my neck being tense. I often get headaches if i'm on the laptop or xbox too long. Do you use the phone for long periods?

Thanks. No I normally just turn it on for 5 minutes to try the wi-fi and it's enough to bring a headache on I can sit online on a computer for 12 hours and feel fine.

I've had the same worry even connecting by bluetooth but wi-fi is scaring me more as it feels like a buzz and I get worried and don't want to use it.
