Pain In Temple Area!

I keep getting pains in the temple area of my ead and i thought that was a bad sign if you got that? can anxiety cause headaches in that area? i've had 3 days of it so far not constant but on and off!

Almost certainly tension headaches brought on my muscle tension! Put your fingers against your temple and clench your jaw. Feel the muscle contracting? That's what my doctor told me and a few days later the headaches dissapeared! [:P]

Yeah most definately, try not to worry about it. Do you notice that when your anxious, your jaw is very tense? This area is where the ball joint of the jaw is. Ive been to the doctor with similar problems.

Yes, I get this as well and also pain behind my eyes, all tension based.

i get that pain as aswell mine is worse when i am tired. I just try and relax until it eases
