YOU ARE NOT alone hunny, please don't think this, I know you are scared right now, but that is how anxiety works, it lives on are fears, if we did not fear it, your symptoms would get less and less.
Do you know what triggered your anxiety, have you been under alot of stress hun ?

Hi Bev, :D:hugs:
I know you are scared right now, :hugs:this is your anxiety hun, the feeling that something bad is going to happen, I know this feeling well and so does many, many other people on this site. Its a feeling of independing doom, this is a coomon symptom of anxiety.
I know its dame hard NOT to fear these symptoms hun, but fearing them will fuel your anxiety. Learn all you can about panic, anxiety and its symptoms.
I myself have had many, many symptoms regarding panic anxiety, some common, Mmm, 1 not so common, they are very, very scary and we think the worse or feel terrified all the time.
I know after finding this great site, I learned to use distraction, I did use my kids for this and played with them alot. The more you take note of how bad you feel the more you feed your anxiety.
Try finding something that will distract you from how you are feeling, this helps us move on a little soo much.
I too and other people on here find it hard to be on there own. My hubby did night shifts, blimey, it was dame hard, BUT, I got through it AND so CAN YOU hun :hugs:
I do hope you found th links helpful Bev,
Keep posting keep venting, it helps to talk to people who understand what you are going through.
YOU TAKE CARE
