hello. im bev i have been experiening chest pains, pins and needles, have a suffocatting feeling. My doc says this is due to anxiety. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms.

Yes, as LisaT says, they are common anxiety symptoms, lots of people on here have experienced them. Did your doctor give you any advice or medication to help you deal with the anxiety?

yeah have looked at symptoms. been worried last few weeks been getting pins and needles in different places. worry when i get a chest pain always think its my heart or my lungs.

doctor has tried to reassure me but i am still worried. on antidepressents. and valium which hasent made alot of difference. i get a suffocatting feeling its horrible.
