pms

Hi all
does anyone get really bad in the build up to their periods?
I get more negative, depressed, cry more about something more serious wrong with me. Always had a touch of pms but now Im awful with depression and anxiety about 3 or 4 days before.

Hiya m8 ......
I certainly do m8 .......have always suffered PMS but my anxiety is horendous on the lead up 2 my period .......like u im depressed ,more anxious irritable and thoughts are so negative x

have mentioned it 2 doc and he just said take evening primrose even though I have tried it b4 and didnt work xxxxxxxx
