Do your symptoms appear at random

at one point or another do your symptoms appear randomly? Like for example does your arm start tingling out of nowhere? Or do you get random muscle spasms or pain while sitting watching television?

I do. I'll get random spots in my eyes or shortness of breath when im relaxing in bed or sitting talking on the phone.

Trembling for no apparent reason is one of mine. And ectopics (though I guess that has a physical origin).
