just out of nowhere- especially after a couple good days just get this random feeling of not being right.. like kind of foggy, buzzy and disconnected and your head is kind of light?? I hate this and it will last all day too!! i do not understand anxiety at all

I get it too hon, it's awful. It's good to know we aren't alone, or going crazy though. (still when it's happening you need to tell me this over and over lol)
