I dont know if this is anxiety or not but when i look at words they dont look familur anymore and when people speak i feel confused what they say doesnot sound familur like it is foreign language but yet i can respond. Whats happening???? am i losing my mind and memeory of everything help!!!!!! does anyone know what i mean
