Hi hun, :D:hugs:

YES, this is anxiety symtpoms, I know its hard for you but try not to fear them, this will only fuel your anxiety, this will go in time hun :hugs:

I have had this and yes, it did seem to pop out of the blue.

The feeling that you feel something bad is going to happen is the feeling of independing doom, this is a common symptom of anxiety hun, there are lots of people on here who have had this.

When you speak and it sounds shaky this sounds like you have had an adrenaline rush. The body may shake OR you may feel shaky in parts of your body. There maybe NO outwards sign of shaking but when talking you feel shaky, this is an anxiety symptom too.

I have been panic, high anxiety free for along time now, because of this great site, but, when I had a VERY BIG problem I was dealing with, I was talking to the person trying to sort things out, when all of a sudden I got these symptoms you explaned. I know what they are, I eccepted them, told myself why they where there AND they did pass. Blimey, my voice went all funny too, but, it never bothered me, I new, they would pass.

Try to not put to much importance on these symptoms hun, distract youself from how you are feeling, use positive self thoughts, eg, this is anxiety, it will pass,

It does go hun

Hope this has been of some help

YOU TAKE CARE

Totally had this today. Became convinced that the coffee shop had accidentally given me proper coffee rather than decaf, I felt so nervous and jittery. Shaky inside, numb hands and feet, tight chest, jiggly legs - couldn't stop moving. It was anxiety and it has mostly passed now. It's really unpleasant, isn't it, and sets your mind racing as to what it might be. But it does pass.:flowers:
