sore forearms

Does anyone get Sore Forearms with their anxiety. I seem to have this everyday now as well as problems with my back. I am less anxious than I was 6 months ago but I know I am very tense and unable to relax, so I am thinking that it is the tension in my body causing this. But of course being a anxiety sufferer I am starting to think of serious problems with my back that is causing the sore forearms.
